Learning Resin Art Workshops

Resin art is an expensive hobby or craft. The cost of materials alone is far too high to experiment alone! Before you waste hundreds of dollars on materials you don't need or know how to use safely or correctly, why not invest in your success? Learn how to create stunning and unique pieces of resin art through our exciting resin workshops. Amy, from Amy's Cut Above, will cover a range of techniques and projects that are designed for beginners and experienced artists alike. All materials provided, please wear clothes you don't mind getting messy - just in case! All projects need time to dry, you may pick them up at our center 24-48 hours later after the workshop. You can pay in full and guarantee your spot for all 4 workshops and SAVE $30 or pay a drop-in rate per workshop date. Week 1 - We'll cover what resin is, its types, what you can make with it, safety/ppe review, and finish by making a trinket tray with our new skills!

Week 2 - Learn to add natural items to resin as we make a pressed flowers & crystals suncatcher. Hello Spring!

Week 3 - Learn about alcohol inks and special techniques using them. We'll put our skills to the test and make unique coasters!

Week 4 - We will conclude our resin series with final techniques and tips for making an ocean wave charcuterie board.
